Karen Lovelace, D.V.M. - Dr. Lovelace earned her D.V.M. degree from Kansas State University in 2004. Prior to joining The Cat Doctor, she spent three years at a renowned feline specialty practice in San Antonio, TX. She enjoys writing and editing, and has had several chapters published in a popular clinical textbook on feline medicine, as well as original material published in a journal for veterinary pathology. She spends her free time cooking, volunteering in the community, traveling and visiting with family, friends and her own three cats. She is firmly committed to feline specialty practice, and we are delighted to have her as a full-time member of our veterinary staff now!
